Dracula Untold Vlad Draculea was the Prince of Wallachia and Transylvania in the 15th Century. When he was a kid his status was that of a princely ward in the palace of the Sultan of the Ottoman Empire and was trained to become an officer within the Sultan’s elite Janissary corps. He was their most revered warrior. He was called ” Vlad the Impaler, Son of the Dragon”, after slaughtering thousands of soldiers by impaling them with spears but he was depressed by his actions and left his past behind.
In peace, Vlad and his soldiers discover a helmet in the stream. They are worried that an Ottoman Scouting party is planning the path for an invasion. The stream leads to Broken Tooth Mountain, the highest point of which is an underground cave covered in broken bone. Vlad’s family is killed when they are attacked by a swift and massive humanoid in the dark. Vlad manages to escape , and return to his castle. A local monk discovers that the creature is a viper. He was a Roman who was a member of the Empire. Caligula was tricked to believe it was a demon and was compelled to remain in the cave. Vlad enjoys the holiday of Easter dinner with his wife Mirena and son Ingeras as an Ottoman group arrives at the castle. Vlad provides the standard tribute of silver coins but the emissary would like to offer a tribute of 1,000 boys that will be trained to become Janissaries. Vlad is unable to accept. Mirena believes that Vlad can convince Sultan Mehmed II to show mercy. Vlad suggests that he should replace the boys, however Mehmed refuses and insists that Vlad’s son be the one to take his place.
Vlad recognizes the threat of war and returns to Broken Tooth Mountain Cave to seek the help of the vampire. Vlad is warned by the vampire that there are consequences. He is offered to give the blood of his. It will temporarily grant Vlad the ability of the vampire. If he resists the intense desire to drink human blood for three days, he’ll change back to an human. In the event that he fails, he’ll remain an immortal vampire, and the ancient vampire will be liberated, the seal on his cave broken, because he made an appropriate sacrifice to afflict the world with his own blood. Vlad accepts the offer. He realizes that he has the ability to transform into bats in a cloud. Vlad kills all the Ottoman soldiers who are attacking Castle Dracula when he returns. To protect himself, Vlad takes most of his subjects to Cozia Monastery.
Mirena discovers the curse of Vlad and sees him holding silver to ensure he is not weak around his subjects to avoid disclosing the condition of his body to them, or fighting them to take their blood. Vlad’s sudden increased strength also causes suspicion among his followers.
In the evening that night, that night, the Ottoman army is advancing on the monastery. Vlad commands an enormous bat swarm to defeat them, but the soldiers are in fact a decoy force, allowing some Turks to infiltrate the monastery, kill several of the residents and take away Ingeras. Mirena is trying to shield her son but falls from the monastery’s wall. Despite his incredible speed, Vlad cannot reach her at the right time. Mirena who is dying and dying, begs Vlad to take his blood before sunrise to end his curse and save their son. Vlad takes a moment to drink the blood of her. This triggers his final transformation into full-blooded vampire, giving the vampire greater power. He also frees the vampire from his cave, breaking the magic seal that was holding him captive. When he is done the vampire summons black storm clouds to block the sun. Vlad returns to the monastery, where he transforms the mortally wounded and survivors into vampires.
In the Ottoman army’s camp, Mehmed prepares for a massive invasion of Europe. Vlad and his vampires arrive, hidden by a large lightning storm. They swiftly kill the terrified Ottoman soldiers as Vlad himself pursues Mehmed who is keeping Ingeras captive. Knowing that vampires suffer from silver’s ill effects, Mehmed has lined the ground of his tent with silver-plated coins increasing Vlad’s strength and speed that of a human and impairing his vision — as Mehmed fights his opponent with a silver sword. He defeats Vlad and plans to break his heart with the wooden stake but Vlad transforms into a horde of bats and flees Mehmed. He adopts the name “Dracula, Son Of the Devil” and kills Mehmed with the stake. Vlad is the one who sends Ingeras off to the side before his army of vampires preys on him. He vanishes the storm cloud , so that all vampires including himself will go to the light and melt away. But an individual who has previously observed Vlad’s nature and wished to help him, drags his body from the sun and gives him his blood, which reanimates Vlad to life. Ingeras, the new Prince of Wallachia is declared Vlad dead and Europe is freed from the Ottoman invasion.
Presently, Vlad now known as Dracula is paired with a woman called Mina who resembles Mirena in the streets of contemporary London. Vlad is being watched from afar by the vampire who cursed Vlad. As they leave the vampire follows them, saying “Let the fun begin”.
